Caring for my Whirlwind Bag:

Life with children gets messy. We know that too well. We chose breathable materials that are water and stain resistant. To clean the Cotton Canvas exterior, take a towel with gentle soap and cold water. Do not machine wash and please do not dry clean. Avoid any harsh chemicals and paper towels. Baby wipes will not work well either, believe it or not. Nylon interior may be simply wiped down with water and mild soap. The details are made with genuine leather, which may become distressed with prolonged use (we tend to think it makes the bag look even better).

Domestic Shipping:

Please allow 48 hours (excluding weekends) for processing before your item(s) is shipped. All domestic ground shipping is a flat rate of $10. If you need something expedited, please email us at, hello@shopwhirlwind.com and we will try our best to accommodate you. We are not able to ship to any domestic p.o. boxes. Also, make sure your package is delivered to a secure location; once the package is delivered to the correct address, we are not responsible for any packages lost or stolen. Whirlwind will be closed on all major holidays. 

International Shipping:

We do offer international shipping. All international purchases are final sale. The cost of shipping will be calculated upon checkout. Please be aware that you will be responsible for your country’s customs fees and delays.

Return Policy:

We are happy to return any bag in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. To return, please contact us at hello@shopwhirlwind.com. You will be responsible for the cost associated with shipping back to us. We do not offer any exchanges.

Quality Standards:

All of our bags are handmade, a process that comes with its share of challenges and contingencies. We adhere to the highest expectations in quality and do our best to oversee every bag, yet sometimes there can be flaws. If you have an issue related to a manufacturing inconsistency please contact us at hello@shopwhirlwind.com so we can make things right.

Product Availability:

We are a small batch company, which means we have a limited amount of stock and do not provide a waitlist. Life is too short for regrets. Once our products sell out, you may sign up for our email to be notified of a re-stock or follow our social media for updates.
